报告摘要:
To protect public health and trade, legislative instruments such as Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code have been introduced. It has been ten years since the introduction in 2003. And yet there has been 580 recalls since the introduction of current Food Act. Foods are recalled from distribution, sale and consumption when they may pose a health or safety risk.
In this seminar, the issues related to quality assurance management system used by industry would be discussed focusing on:
• the auditing system
• the quality of auditors
• the effectiveness of certification bodies
• evaluation and monitoring
